    1. Solar roadways was one of the presentations that stuck out to me. This technology could be the next thing that changes the world. When they finished there presentation I was shocked by what this product was and why it hasn't been used yet. Many companies would put this in as it will save them money and also make them look like they have a good carbon footprint. If I was to build my house right now this would be the product I would put on my drive way. The way that this product can hold so much weight is unbelievable, you would never think this.

    1. This one I think was the most important one out of all of the presentations. Bullying is a terrible thing in our world today and it has been for many years. We need to stop this because people can be seriously damaged when they are bullied as you covered in your video. I thought that this was the most interesting presentation as well. Again, it is a very serious deal and it needs to stop.

  7. Our topic will be about the aviation history and its technology development. The first link is about its history in stages, and the second link it’s about the pros and cos of the future technology and the benefits for society.

  11. I thought Emma and Houston's presentation was the most informative for me. I had no idea that that was even a thing or even a thought. I think it is very creative. They had a lot of information and made it easy to understand. I think it would be a great thing if everywhere they had solar roadways. I also found Ana's presentation full of information. It made it better that she didn't type all that she said.

  12. I really liked this presentation! I had no idea such things even existed so I learned a lot, such as: how big the panels are, that this kind of technology could save lives due to the fact it lights up when something steps on it ex: a deer, I also learned about the couple that had created it and I got to see what their driveway looked like with the solar panels being used. I think this idea would awesome and I hope that it happens in the near future.
    Great job Emma and Houston!

  13. The topic that I found the most interesting was the solar roadways. Even though it will take a long time to completely convert roadways into solar panels, it seems like eventually it will be very efficient for the world. There are so many different things that solar panels will help. They will melt the snow, alert you with lights if there's an animal in the road, and instead of paint LED lights will be used for lanes and things like that. I hope to see these solar panels starting to be put into place in the next few years!

  14. I will comment on Emma & Houston's presentation on solar roadways.
    3 things I learned were:
    - i had no idea solar roadways were even in existence
    - they cost $7000 PER pannel
    - an ordinary everyday couple created these roadways
This presentation fascinated me the most because it was something i've never heard of before. The idea that the actual road lights up is very neat, especially if there is wildlife on the road ahead, now drivers have a chance to avoid collisions. If all roads are converted into solar roadways our environment would be a lot more green but it would take a LONG time for this to happen. Very smart that people are always thinking of ways to improve the shape of our environment.

  15. I liked the Solar Roadways Presentation because it brings a futuristic out look to our own cites. The technology in those hexagonal fittings really impressed me. Who would of though that one day our streets and side walk would be made out of these. I truly believe that these little panels could make driving safer and more fun. I really hope that Williston gets these someday to help with the ice on the roads every winter. Therefore, I'm glad that i had the opportunity to listen to this presentation.

  16. I'm glad I did my presentation on backup cameras because it makes me more aware of checking behind my vehicle because I don't have one. I have also informed my parents we need to get them in our vehicles since doing this topic.
I found the presentation about solar roadways very interesting. I have never heard of it before so I enjoyed learning about what it is and we would use it. I would to see a solar roadway in person, with all the changing lights and many different activities we can do with it. Another thing I like about it was that it can show you when there is something ahead of you like a deer on the road.

  17. I liked the presentation on the History of Basketball because I could actually relate to it. I like when someone showed a video. It spiced up the presentation.
I learned that the blind spot behind vehicles is called the "kill zone."
I learned that the selfie originates from way back in the day from like famous painters that painted themselves. I also learned that every play from a baseball games gets reviewed in New York.

  18. I thought that the solar roadways were the most interesting. I like how we can see our selves using it in the near future. The video was funny and very informative. I just like the whole idea of it all, and I think we should really consider using them. They are good for the environment and they are safe. Not to mention they look freaking awesome!!!

  19. I really enjoyed learning about Solar Roadways. I think that it was a very cool and interesting idea. I think that it could be an amazing thing and helpful for us all in many different ways. I like the idea of it being heated, especially up here in North Dakota and where i am from in Utah. Being able t warn drivers of something ahead can save many lives.

  20. I really enjoyed the solar roadway presentation. I had no idea something like this even existed. The presentation was clear and full of facts, easy to comprehend and very persuasive. I am highly for this idea, I believe it has so many positives that it could only end well. Great presentation, I hope to see this in the future.

  21. I've learned about solar road ways. That was really interesting, streets powered by solar power and lights up when its night. The back up camera on cars was interesting also and I found it pretty cool how they are going to start putting it in every a car. The aviation history was intriguing with the development of the technology and all the stages the planes went through.

  22. the one thing that i learn in these project is the evolution of planes. What i learn from it is that how people invent things that fly's through the air. The second thing i leaned is cyber bullying. there are number of people that are being teased on the computer.

  23. Over all of the presentations I enjoyed the solar roadways the most. I enjoyed it because it was something completely foreign to me and something that was very interesting. This is an advancement that could be very beneficial to our energy eating world that we have today. This presentation was very informative and I learned something from it. Everything was done very professionally and put together very well.

  24. I liked how the presentation extended on the solar roadways, as for many people it is an unknown environment incentive. The video chosen, was funny and clear in the pros for the investment, and its history of the creators. The handouts had good and clear information about the solar roadways. Awesome job!
